Situated only 250 metres from the Cathedral, Castle and fashionable shops and restaurants of the Bailgate, number 24 is a private Victorian house with a contemporary feel and the most splendid views from your suite of the Cathedral, Castle and city.
Your hosts, Maxine and Ron, recently retired, have lived in Lincoln for twenty years and look forward to sharing their considerable knowledge of this lovely area with you.
Relax in your own private sitting room, with French doors opening onto a roof terrace; a lovely place to unwind or take breakfast on sunny days. Splendid views of the city below.
Sleep in a big bright light and airy twin room (available also as a double or single on request), with comfortable beds and crisp white sheets. There is an en-suite shower room with wc.

We have only one guest room (which you can have as either a twin or double), with Cathedral view, private sitting room and roof terrace. All for your exclusive use as our only guests during your stay
